Board Meeting Documents

The Board of Port Commissioners conducts Regular Meetings on the first and third Wednesday of each month with open session starting at 6:00PM. There will be one meeting in November and December. There are no meetings in August. The Board may schedule additional meetings or reduce the number of meetings, as necessary.

Public Members are welcome to attend Board of Port Commissioners’ open session meetings. There is a time set aside at each meeting for “Public Communications” in which any public member can address the Board and staff on items of Port District business other than scheduled agenda items.

The District publishes the Board’s meeting schedule in December of each year. All meeting times and locations are subject to change. Please refer to the meeting packet below for the exact times and locations of meetings. Unless otherwise noticed, the Board of Port Commissioners meets at the Ventura Port District Office located at 1603 Anchors Way Drive, Ventura and via Zoom.
