Ventura Port District is hosting a Goal Setting Workshop with the Board of Commissioners on Saturday, September 14 from 1-5 pm at the Ventura Beach Marriott in Salon III inviting all those parties interested to participate in the interactive session facilitated by Management Partners.
The Goal Setting Workshop will focus on establishing short-term goals for two to five years for the Port District as well as determining avenues to continually improve communications between Board, staff and stakeholders.
