VENTURA, Calif. (April 16, 2018) – Portside Ventura Harbor, Southern California’s premier mixed-use development and Ventura’s first and final oceanfront community, today announced its first sequence of 56 residences will begin leasing in Summer 2018. Slated for completion in November 2019, Portside Ventura Harbor will offer its future residents a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to live, work and play on Ventura Harbor’s gleaming waterfront.
